Over the years there have been Many Homes Sold in the Rhygate, Charlestown, and Greentree Villages, but not too much anymore. Why? A lot of it has to do with the fact that these are all great places to live. Here, we'll show you why below. Taking in the Features It really doesn't matter what area you're looking to purchase a home, they all have unbelievable benefits and features. Take your pick between the location of schools, libraries, and museums, land separation by small islands, transportation, and shopping in close proximity as well as several other lures. Rhygate If you love brick homes then the Rhygate, Charlestown and Greentree Villages will be right up your alley. Each one gives you a little feel of history, yet most of the homes were built only a few decades ago. One thing to note about Rhygate is its attention to detail since the area is extremely clean and groomed. Charlestown If you love to shop, then moving to Charlestown will be a great asset for you. If you wind up purchasing a home in this location you will love the brick styled architecture, but the outer realm of brick security will leave you captivated. Add in golf courses, lake parks, and many other features this could be the place you start calling home. Greentree Village If you're looking more into purchasing a home that is not as congested as many other communities then looking into Greentree Village is your best bet between the three. In fact, there are only 124 homes within this small community and while you may enjoy the peace and quiet, you still have the opportunity to branch out. The transportation here is very organized and is a stone throw away from your place of residence. It's a great benefit for those that want to visit other cities in Virginia. Our Overall Analysis This is one of those times where our analysis really doesn't matter. Why? Well, unless you plan on saving a room for us this is going to be a decision you have to make. It really doesn't matter which one you choose between the Rhygate, Charlestown, and Greentree Villages as a Home Buyer or Home Seller because they are all beautiful and well-maintained places. However, we haven't even released all the benefits you can take advantage of. So when you get some time take a look at each one of these places and see everything they offer.
